She is survived by: her husband Jerry Smith; her children, April Ghanem (Eddie), Leighann Stephens and Jason Smith (Angela Russell); and her brothers, Danny Mitchell (Clymeta) and Ricky MItchell. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
