He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Sullivan and Emma Jean Sullivan (Thompson). He is survived by: his son Jeffery Sullivan (Jessica); his sister Dianne Sullivan; his grandchildren, Jaidyn Terry, Marlee Sullivan, Elyjah Sullivan, Merci Sullivan and Landen Davis; his stepson Paul Red (Melinda Kilgo); and his nieces, Mia Sullivan and Aliyah Sullivan.
