He was predeceased by: his parents, Noel Lee and Juanita Marie Williams Smith, Jr.; and his brothers, Ronald Smith and Donald Smith. He is survived by: his sons, Charles Smith, Jr. (Jessie) of Nettleton, Elisha Smith (Rebekah) of Pontotoc and Colby Smith of West Point; his brothers, Edward Williams of Natchez and Richard Williams of Brookhaven; and the mother of his children Carolyn Holliman of Amory.
