He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Parker and Cora Parker (Morris); and his brother Joe Pruitt. He is survived by: his wife Lavaughndra Parker; his children, John Rico Parker, James Matthew Parker, Billy Gene Parker, Jr. and Brandi Elizabeth McDaniel; his stepdaughter Samantha Estes; and his siblings, Steve Parker, Allen Pruitt, Rachel Holland and Mary Ruth Dees. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Tisdale-Lann Memorial Funeral Home of Nettleton (125 Buchanan Ave, Nettleton, MS 38858). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
