She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Wilkins and Mary Opal Leis Wilkins; her husband William E. Hill, Sr.; her sister Bonnie Jenkins; and her grandson Eric Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, William E. Hill (Pam), Shelia Duncan (Steve) and Teresa Pannell (Michael); her sisters, Shirley Nunley and Betty Scobey; and her close friends, Gary and Pam Monaghan. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
