He is survived by: his children, Tammy Betts Wilson (Gary), Richard Immanuel Betts (Ashley), Jonathan Isaac Betts, Kelsey Faye Betts and Jules Betts; his grandchildren, Caitlin Danielle Avelis, Ace Avelis, Kaylee Paris Betts, Lilly Marie Betts, Layla Nicole Betts, Richard Elijah Betts, Alexa Nevaeh Betts, Lincoln Alexander Betts and Amelia Grace Betts; and his sisters, Katheleen Betts Heuck and Sarah Murray. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
