She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim C. Hester, and Jettie Irene Hester, Sr. (Cook); her husband Jerry Crutchfield; and her son Kevin Crutchfield. She is survived by: her daughter Kim Adams (Johnny); and her brother Jimmy Hester. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
