She was predeceased by: her parents, A. W. Card and Mayford Card; and her husband Arthur E Huggins, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Holly Huggins Wenger (Scott) of Charlotte, Arthur Eugene Huggins, Jr. (Marybeth) of Arden, Joy F. Huggins of Nesbit, Mississippi and Ivy Huggins Webb (Luke) of Colorado Springs, Colorado.; her grandchildren, Julia, Laura Wenger, Molly, Gracie Huggins, Michael and Holly Webb; and also Arthur.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
