She was predeceased by: her parents, Winford Dale Gardner and Louise Thompson Gardner. She is survived by: her children, Jeff (Jennifer), Stacy and Melissa; her grandchildren, Ian, Ragon (Juston) and Olivia; her great grandchildren, Ella and Lawson; and her brothers, Barney (Beverly) and Mark (Elaine). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family and close friends.
Memorials may be made to LaBelle Haven Baptist Church in Olive Branch, Mississippi, or to Memphis Oral School for the Deaf in Germantown, Tennessee.
