He is survived by: his wife Barbara Shoemaker; his daughter Cathy Campbell; his sister Marna Bayless; his granddaughters, Nikki Battles (Wayd) and Kaitlyn Simmons (Josh); and his great grandchildren, Layken Williams, Josie Williams, Levi Simmons and Lily Kate Simmons.
