He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Hinson and Annie Hinson; his son Timothy Hinson; his brother Van Hinson; and his sister-in-law Clarice Hinson.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Hinson; his stepchildren, Shani Ingle of Nesbit, MS and David Witt of Bartlett, TN; his brother Dickey Hinson (Jane) of Knoxville, TN; his grandchildren, Alan Ingle, Erin Ingle, Jolynn Ingle and Savannah Ingle; and his great grandchildren, Micah, Sierra, Charlotte and Amiyah.
