He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Kaylin Oaks of Arlington, TN; his parents, Garvin Durwood Oaks, Jr. of Olive Branch and Susan Kay Busby (Sonny) of Olive Branch; his grandparents, Bill and Virginia Sheppard of Horn Lake; his siblings, Chris Oaks (Andrea) of Olive Branch, Nikki Sanderson (Floyd) and Ericia Marrone of Olive Branch; his uncles, Jimmy Rikard and Jeff Rikard; his aunt Christine Yates; and his nieces and nephews, Asher, Caden, Ethan, Kaitlyn, Emma Grace, Lauren and Maddy.
