He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Marion Foster and Willie Scott Foster, Sr.; his wife Lillie Foster; the mother of his children Johnetta B. Foster; his daughter Shelia Foster Blakes; his grandson Bryant L. Foster; his siblings, John B. Foster, Robert L. Foster, Sears M. Foster and Ollie Foster Brown; and his son-in-law Earl Blakes, Sr..
He is survived by: his children, Willie Scott Foster III (Patricia), Terriwanda Faye King (Cottrell) and Jerrilyn Agetha Banks (Charles); his brothers, Charles Foster and Walter Foster (Ada); and his siblings-in-law, Willie Rice, Jr., Inez Foster and Mary Foster. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, nine great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the West Gate Funeral Home (409 M. L. K. Jr Rd, Natchez, MS 39120). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul AME Church (99 Pinemount Rd, Natchez, MS 39120). A burial will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 1:30 PM at 41 Cemetery Rd, Natchez, MS 39120.
