Billups; his siblings-in-law, Lee C. English, Esterine Hinton, Martha Moses, Susie St. Vallier (Keithan) and Eva Cooper; and his extended family, Freddie, Mildred, Lula and Roosevelt. He is also survived by other cousins, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, and special friends.
