It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Hargrave Jr. (Natchez, Mississippi), who passed away on November 8, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henrietta Holmes Hargrave and Walter Hargrave, Sr.; his siblings, Larry Hargrave, Audley Hargrave, Sherry Hargrave and Barbara Knight-Chatman; his grandparents, Carrie, Lem Holmes, Cordelia Duncan Hargrave, Ike Hargrave, Sr. and Walter; his sons, Gregory Hargrave (Charnette), Cory Bridgewater (Connie), Clarence Anthony Barber (Kimberly) and Marcus Hargrave (Angelica); his siblings, Michael Hargrave and Linda Hargrave; his siblings-in-law, Isiah Chatman, Ruby Hargrave and Lori Hargrave; and his stepsons, Tyrone Wilkins, Adam "Buck" Wilkins, Alonzo Woods and Ameal Woods.

Across the years we have shared a great many memories and to be honest they are all good. He once said to me "we have been knowing each other for a long, long time and we never had an argument", and I agreed.
