He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ora Alexander Case, Harold Case, Betty and Charles Everette Ratcliffe; his sister Melinda Ratcliffe; and his cousin Richard Ratcliffe.

He is survived by: his parents, Catherine Case Ratcliffe and Charles Everette Ratcliffe; his wife Desi Ratcliffe; his children, Wade Weathersby Ratcliffe, Jr. (Webb), Rebekah Cralle Ratcliffe (Ree) and Callista Case Ratcliffe (Callie); his brothers, Brant Ratcliffe (Monica) of Madison, MS and Calvit Ratcliffe of Nashville, TN; his nephews, Jackson and Wilder Ratcliffe of Madison; his uncle Latta Ratcliffe (Beverly); his parents-in-law, Tom and Danielle Duncan of Morganfield, KY; his sister-in-law DeDe McPeake; his niece Sloane McPeake; and his nephews, Willem and James McPeake of Sullivan, KY..
