She was predeceased by: her parents, Mattie Lee Johnson McKnight and Joseph Jones; her stepfather Jessie McKnight; her siblings, Angel Dunbar, Wanda Wiley and Jesse McKnight, Jr.; and her nephews, Harold Dunbar, Hubbard and Maurice Dunbar.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nicole Johnson and Victoria Brown (Raleigh); her grandchildren, Ronald Johnson, Ronnzelle Johnson and Tyron Johnson; her great grandchildren, Ronald Johnson, Jr., Jakobe Johnson, Dynasty Johnson, Aubrey Johnson and Star Johnson; and her sisters, Donna M. Johnson, Exlenia Johnson and Benita Watson.
