It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tykeria Rogers (Natchez, Mississippi), who passed away on December 28, 2024, at the age of 18, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her great-grandparent Edith Rogers; her great-uncle Larry Rogers; her grandfather Roy Carter; her great-great-grandparent Sylvia Washington; and her uncle Roy Flowers.
She is survived by: her parents, TeQuilla Rogers and Carlos Owens; her grandparents, Angela Rogers and Ricky Owens; and her siblings, JaiCeyon Watkins, JeKari Douglas, DeCameron Combs, Derrick Washington, Mason Allen, Jermaine Kaho, Cyson Clay, Karson Washington, Carleon Owens, Jaylan James, Hayleigh Watkins, Zion Givens, Catilyn Matthews, Maddie Johnson, Amaya Hoggatt, NaKyria Bates, Tashee Richardson, Ja'Cambre Williams and Jamiyah Matthews. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM and on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church (117 Pilgrim Blvd, Natchez, MS 39120). A burial was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at the Sunset View Memorial Park Cemetery (1617 M. L. K. Jr Rd, Natchez, MS 39120).
