He was predeceased by: his parents, Alford Tarver and Cammie McVay Tarver; and his sister Ann Tarver Clarkson. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Tarver; and his siblings, Jack Tarver (Doris) and Beth Barton (Joe). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
