She was predeceased by: her parents, Fannie Minor and Jessie Grimes; and her sister Dorothy Butler (James Ferguson). She is survived by: her husband Jerry D. Givens; her daughters, DeRonda Kelley (Michael) and Shureika Rice; her sisters, Martha Cain and Vera Lee Elery; her grandson Jayden Kelley; and her godchildren, Roslyn Minor, Courtney Mosby and Jacolby Collins. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
