He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cauthen and Edith Trudell Cauthen; his wife Connie; and his siblings, William Cauthen, Sue Little, Mary Francis Gwin and Betty Jo Ferrill.
He is survived by: his brother Robert Cauthen; his children, Dusty Cauthen (Kim), Shannon Tison (Norman Tison) and Jessica Cauthen; his grandchildren, Rachel Bennett, Sydney Cauthen and Connor Cauthen; and his great grandchild Jackson Bennett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
