He is survived by: his wife Linda Evans; his daughters, Terri Polizzi (Jason Polizzi) and Donna McCallister Guillory; his grandchildren, Barrett Lackey, Mac Fuqua (LaKota Fuqua), LeeAnn Fuqua, Jess Dossett (Emily Dossett), Hunter Dossett (Chloe Dossett) and Landry Guillory; his great grandchildren, Paislee Ann, Tatum, Reid, Parker, Amelia, Stetson, Emery and Emmett; his stepfather Earl Ellard; his siblings, Pat Mooney and Steve Evans; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Mullins and Russell Till.
