He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon E. Smith and Mildred A. Smith. He is survived by: his wife Micki Wise Smith; his son Curt Smith (Mary); his grandchildren, Alli and Bette; and his brother Vernon E. Smith (Peggy). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
