She is survived by: her mother Joyce Marie Lewis; her children, Tyreek Rayshawn Lewis and Markayla Brown Lewis; her brother Darrick R. Lewis (Danielle); her niece Nyia Lewis; her nephew Darrick Lewis, Jr.; her sisters, Aurelia Ellis and Princess Harris; her uncles, Herbert Lewis (Marzettia) of Natchez, Robert Lewis (Dinah) of Natchez, Paul Lewis (Bernice) of Natchez, Lydell of Chicago, Pierre of Chicago, Larry of Chicago and Carl Carter of Chicago; her aunt Alice K. Germane of Chicago; her great-aunt Mable King of Natchez; her goddaughter Roshanda Bates; and her close friends, Mashell Hargraves, LaVonda Bates and Rod Arbuthnot.
