He was predeceased by: his parents, John Puddister (Evelyn Puddister) and Evelyn Puddister (Simmons); his brother Johnny; and his brother-in-law Jim Grace. He is survived by: his daughters, Joanna Puddister King of Madison, MS and Virginia "Ginny" Puddister of Baltimore, MD.; his close friend Mimi; his sons-in-law, Justin King and Chris Whitehead; his grandson Christopher King; his siblings, David Puddister and Ann Puddister of Sebago, ME; and his siblings-in-law, Pam Puddister of Lost Creek, WV and Pat Grace (Charlotte). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as cousins.
In lieu of any "damn plants or flowers," as Pud would say, donate to the charity of your choice or to the Basilica of St. Mary in Natchez.
