She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Gooden and Malinda Morgan Gooden; and her siblings, Elizabeth Jones, Henry Gooden, Jr., David Gooden and Willie Gooden (Robert Marshall).
She is survived by: her children, Douglas R. Rogers, Carl Wayne Rogers (Saundra), Alonzo Rogers (Evetta) and Lisher J. Rogers; her brother Charlie Gooden (Shirley); and her sister-in-law Linda Gooden. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
