She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Williams and Sam Singleton; her husbands, Arthur James Richardson, Sr. and Cornelius "Bubba" Bass; her sisters, Catherine Hall and Margaret Pollard; and her daughters, Cora Manuel and Vickie Richardson.
She is survived by: her children, Arthur Richardson, Jr. (Grace), Sam Richardson, Sr., Willie Richardson (Pamela), Michael Richardson, Sr. (Karen), Karl Richardson Sr. (Sandra), Tony Richardson, Sr. (Teresa), Sherry Richardson, Brenda Russell and Julia Clark (Charlie); her siblings, Alec Williams and Ruth Richardson (Velma Vanderson); and her friends, Verdie McCormick, Bell Carter and Nancy Mosby. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the West Gate Funeral Home (409 N Doctor M. L. K. Jr St, Natchez, MS 39120). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Baptist Church (11 Howard Loop, Natchez, MS 39120). A burial was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at the St. Mary Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery (11 Howard Loop, Natchez, MS 39120).
