He was predeceased by: his parents, Julia Fagan Woods and Henry Robinson Woods. He is survived by: his wife Bonita F. Woods; his children, Larry D. Woods, Jr., Dominique R. Woods, MaLayih Ford and Shaneka Tyrielle Ford; his siblings, Jeremy Fakes, Quinten Rucker, Dietrich Woods, Marilyn Woods, Linda Moore (Cedric), Devonna "Shay" Briley (Jackie), Tamara Fakes and Qwana Carter (Jumanne); and his aunt Rachel Woods.
