She was predeceased by: her parents, Christine W. Carter and Robert James; and her sisters, Vera Lee White and Tywanna F. Randall. She is survived by: her son David Bryan White of Baton Rouge; her siblings, Alice Carter and Willie E. White (Claudia) of Vidalia, LA; her nieces, Eumeka White of Houston, TX and Chandra Eisley (Larry) of Dallas; her nephew Thavian White (Latoya) of Houston; her great-niece Tionna Carter; and her great-nephews, Jaylen Carter of Dallas and Lincoln Eisley of Dallas.
