She was predeceased by: her parents, Verlie Clyde Foster and Kittye Brown Foster of Lorman, MS; her spouse Dale Polk; and her siblings, Verlie Jim, Lynn and Anna Marie Smith.
She is survived by: her sister Kathleen Harrison (Hilory); and her nieces and nephews, Patricia Marks and Glenn Harrison of Natchez. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and "grand" nieces.
In her memory, the family asks for donations to St. Jude's or Batson's Children Hospitals or Natchez Humane Society/ Concordia Paws.
