She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac "Ike" Tarver and Fannie Thornton Tarver; her husband Roy F Bankston; and her siblings, Roy Tarver, Loyd Tarver, Corrine Beach, Hilda Golema, Wilda White, Vince Tarver, George Tarver and Bernice Sturgis.
She is survived by: her children, Randy McIntosh (Terry Jo), Nancy Best, Alan McIntosh and Gary McIntosh (Kim Smith); her grandchildren, Stephanie Guida, Isaac McIntosh, Lee Best, Jessica Best, Jake Best, Kaiser McIntosh, Kelsey Garrett, Breanna Hancock, Alyssa McIntosh, Krissy Russ and Kacy McManus; her niece Jan McLendon; and her nephews, Daniel Tarver, Bruce Tarver and Don Tarver. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Pleasant Acres Day School or St Jude Children's Hospital.
