She was predeceased by: her parents, Alberta Graham and Steve Harris; her husband James Jackson; her children, Pamela Ann Brown and Herbert Darnell Wright; her stepson Charles Ware; her aunt Vinnie Doss; and her uncle Rev. Willie Graham.
She is survived by: her daughter Janice W. King (Johnny); her siblings, Steve Harris, Melvin Harris, Etta Mae Gooden, Juanita Harris, Helen M. Davis, Brenda Sonia, Velma Myles and Lillian Harris; her grandchildren, Jonathan M. King, Shondra Brown, Shayla, Terrance Brown and Jennifer Hurst (Toney, Sr.); her great grandchildren, K'lynn Henderson, Kedan Henderson, Kanobe Henderson, Donovan Hurst, Toney Hurst, Jr. and Terrance Brown, Jr.; and her great great grandchild Teanna Hurst.
