She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Phillip "Slick" Frank, Sr. and Ora Irene Frank; her daughter Debra Melton; her brother Henry P. Frank, Jr.; and her grandmother Edna Williams.
She is survived by: her sons, Ralph Lonnie Melton, Jr. and Steve Melton; her grandchildren, Kaitlan Melton, Peyton Melton, Cole Melton and Nicholas Melton; her great grandchild Bryson Melton; her nieces, Wendy Freeman and Jan Wilson; and her nephew Buddy Frank.
