He was predeceased by: his parents, Arie Bell and Fred Brown; his brother James Frederick Brown; and his wife Anna Margaret. He is survived by: his sons, Dr. Dwayne Brown (Lauren) of Lafayette, Doug Brown (Beverly) of Natchez and Dean Brown (Kathryn Kempinska-Brown) of Dallas; his grandchildren, Buie (Madelyn) of Baton Rouge, Adrian (Jack Hawley) of Madisonville, Bailey Brown of Austin, Maggie Brown-Dean (Drew Dean) of Quincy, Abby Brown-Hobdy (Tate Hobdy) of Natchez, Laura Ann Brown of Natchez, Joshua Brown of Dallas and Jacob Brown (Darla) of Dallas; and his great grandchildren, Tristan Fondren of Natchez and Barr Brown of Baton Rouge.
