Christine Whittington Turner Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 25, 2023, at the age of 95, Christine Whittington Turner of Natchez, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Gould, Sr. and Jewel Estelle McCoy Gould; her husbands, Chad Whittington and Donald Turner; her children, Brenda Poole, George Len Whittington and Richard Whittington; and her siblings, Barbara Ann Rimes, Pearl Blades, Dean Anderson, Bessie McCurley, Arthur Gould, Jr., Billy Jones and Evelyn Sanders.

She is survived by: her daughters, Faye Arnold (Paul) of Meadville and Ann Pickering (Kirby Pickering) of Natchez; and her grandchildren, Melissa Zaunbrecher (Mike) of Church Point, LA, Misty Whittington of Seal, TX, Steve Arnold, Jr. (Laura) of Alexandria, LA, Christi Rabb (Claude) of Vidalia, LA, Brian Pickering (Jessica) of Madison, MS, Kris Pickering of Rutherfordton, NC, Charles Poole (Kim) and Michelle Pugh (Dane) of Church Hill, MS. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren.
