She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh King and Kathryn King; her husband James E. "Jim" Cotten, Jr.; and her grandson Michael James Wilson. She is survived by: her children, James V. Cotten, Dixie Smitherman (Mark) and Jeanie McCalip (John) of Natchez, MS; and her sister Wanda King Bradley of Houma, LA.. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
