Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Carolyn Burchfield of Natchez, Mississippi, who passed away at the age of 69, on January 18, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Edward Lambert, Sr. and Montie Sue Knox Lambert; and her siblings, John Edward Lambert, Jr., Sharron Pickering and Lorraine Henderson.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Wayne Burchfield, Sr.; her son Larry Wayne "Boo" Burchfield, Jr. (Kristi); her grandchildren, Blair Burchfield (Makayla Matthews), Braden Burchfield and Brielle Burchfield of Vidalia; her siblings, James F. Lambert (Pauline) of Natchez and Judy McReynolds of Baton Rouge; and her sister-in-law Cynthia Hall (John) of Natchez. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and a great number of other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and at 2:00 PM at the Parkway Baptist Church (117 Sgt Prentiss Dr, Natchez, MS 39120).
Memorials may be made to Parkway Baptist Church or Muscular Dystrophy Association.
