It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Bruce Ellard of Natchez, Mississippi, born in Pittsboro, Mississippi, who passed away on November 10, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Victor Hugo Ellard, Sr. and Ivy Lee Byars Ellard; his wife Catherine Alford Ellard; his daughter Debbie Ellard Ball; his son-in-law Lane of Summit, MS; his son Michael Bruce Ellard; his daughter-in-law Sandra Vines Ellard of Natchez, MS; and his grandchildren, Johnny Lane Ball, Jr. (Polly), Ashleigh Thornhill Copeland (Josh), Andrew Michael Ellard (Ashlee), Jason Lee Ball (Rosemary), James Bradley Thornhill, Amy Catherine "Kate" Ellard, Martha Ann "Marty" Kennedy (Kolby), Mallory Ball McKenzie (Elliot) and Carly Catherine Ball Thomas. He was also cherished by ten great grandchildren, and a host nieces, nephews and friends.
