She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie Poindexter and Beatrice Powell Poindexter; her husband Billy Ray Aldridge; her son Stanley Lee Aldridge; and her siblings, Charles, Earl, Albert, Harold Poindexter and Annie Poindexter.

She is survived by: her children, Bubba Aldridge (Karla), Lynda O'Quinn, Janet Loy (Tim), Lisa Aldridge and Velvet Nelson (Bubba); and her grandchildren, Stephanie Cornwell (Gerald), Heather Brewer (Dan), Holly McDonald (Josh), Jessica Aldridge, Benjamin Joiner (Kellie), David Joiner, Matt Loy (Lodie), Phillip Loy, Haley Burson (Michael), Clint McGarry (Amanda), Emilee Watts (Weston) and Lauren Milner (Joey). She is also survived by great grandchildren; and one great great granddaughter.
