With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara J. Smith of Natchez, Mississippi, who passed away on August 21, 2020 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Helen Wood and Jim Brown; her son Chris Smith (Sheila); her granddaughter Brooke; her sister Maridel Black (Kenneth); her sister-in-law Joyce Smith; her husband J. D. Smith of Natchez; and her brothers-in-law, Wayne and Dennis Smith. She was also cherished by six nieces and nephews.
