She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene "Serena" Hence Murphy and Randolph "Joseph" Murphy; her husband David "Black Dot" Williams; her grandparents, Rev. David, Harriet Murphy, Celia Morris and Hiram Hence; and her brother Edgar Paxton.
She is survived by: her children, Serena Dixon, Jermaine Williams (Amy) and Shawn Letcher (Shelinda); her grandchildren, Tyreek Redden, Jaela Rosa Williams and Charley Lynn Williams; her godchildren, Trinity, Trey Perry and James Albert Lucas; her siblings, Patricia Carroll (Herman), Lucille Warfield (Joseph), Rosetta Fleming (Donald), Christine Bryant (Jerry), Doretha Hunt (Lonnie), Connie Murphy (Adrain), Bonita Cage, Clint (Shandra) and Lee Oscar Dixon (Ruby); and her godmother Princess Morgan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
