She is survived by: her children, Phoebe Miller (Terry) of Washburn, WI, Jeff Orszulak of La Porte, Danny Orszulak of Michigan City and Mike Orszulak, Jr. of Clermont, FL. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
