He was predeceased by: his parents, Beatrice Mae McNeal and Hugh Craig Barkley Sr.; and his daughter Donna Barkley. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Joyce Rea Barkley; his children, Cindy Barkley Bruner (Robert) of New Albany and Randy Barkley (Amy) of Haltom City, TX; and his sister Martha Dees (Edwin) of Blue Mountain. He is also survived by six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and his loyal canine companion.
