He is survived by: his wife Winnie Smith; his children, Wendy Hall (Jimbo) and Curtis Smith (Kandi); his siblings, Iva Jewel Jones (Hillard), Wanda Joyce Simon (Wayne), Bennie Smith Jr. (Joan) and Howard Smith (Mildred); and his grandchildren, Daniel and Alyssa. He is also survived by great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
