He was predeceased by: his wife Lois Diane Hopkins Barlow; his parents, Thomas Ance Barlow and Ellen Nora Crews Barlow; his brother James Thomas Barlow; and his grandparents, Waldo W. Crews, Ance M. Barlow, Annie Dykes Crews and Cleo M. Barlow.
He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Ellen Foreman (Glynn), Teresa Ann Dinwiddie (Rick) and Tommie A. Sykes (Chris). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
