He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Johnson Smith; his parents, Fred Smith and Daisy Daughdrill Smith; his daughter Patsy Ann Smith; his brothers, Slick Smith and Hobo Smith; and his great grandchild River Olyn Ainsworth.
He is survived by: his children, Kenny Smith (Sally) of Mt. Olive and Donna "Goat" Smith Ainsworth of Mt. Olive; his grandchildren, Brandy Smith Rushing (David) of Mt. Olive, Justin Smith of Mt. Olive, Daniel Ainsworth (Addie) of Mt. Olive and Cole Ainsworth of Mt. Olive; his great grandchildren, Austin Smith of Mt. Olive, Elizabeth Rushing of Mt. Olive, Bella Ainsworth of Mt. Olive, Allison Garner of D'Lo and Joseph Ray of D'Lo; his great great grandchild Jayden Garner of D'Lo; and his sisters, Pat Smith Neal of Monticello, June Smith of Jayess and Fleda Smith of Sontag, MS. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
