She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gentry and Edna McNair; her son David Parish; her grandchildren, Andria Parish and Brian Thornton; and her stepfather Edward McNair.
She is survived by: her children, Marsha Harkey (Charles) and John Parish (Janet); her daughter-in-law Jane Parish; her sister Bobbie Tuggle; her niece Tracy Meadows; and her nephew Larry Tuggle. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren.
