He is survived by: his mother Cathy Mahaffey of Mount Olive; his daughter Trinity Mahaffey of Borger, TX; his brothers, John Derek Mahaffey of Mount Olive and Justin Mahaffey of Mount Olive; and his cousins, Joseph Leger (Crystal), Jamie Schliegelmeyer (Brett) and Malinda Schliegelmeyer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
