He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Dennis and Hattie Mae Hand Dennis. He is survived by: his wife Patsy King Dennis of Mt. Olive; his sons, Gary Dewayne Dennis (Andrea) of Collins, Bobby Dennis (Mindy) of Madison and Allen Dennis (Jessica) of Mt. Olive; his grandchildren, Hailey Dennis, Kristopher Dennis, Joshua Dennis, Clay Dennis, Noah Dennis, Nate Dennis, Preston Dennis and Georgia Dennis; his brother Tony Dewey Dennis; his half-brother Jerry Dennis; his sisters, Sarah Greer, Charlotte Warren, Eva Mae Speed and Mary Joyce Carter; and his stepsisters, Allice Dennis and Agnes Dennis.

Visitation was held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wade Funeral Home (401 Main St, Collins, MS 39428). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Wade Funeral Home Chapel (401 Main St, Collins, MS 39428).
