He is survived by: his children, Peyton Sullivan (Madeline), Samantha Sullivan, Candace Green (Bryan), Caitlin Sullivan (Joey) and Bayle Tutor (Josh); his siblings, Tommy Sullivan, Randy Sullivan and Becky Kilpatrick; and his grandchildren, Austin Sullivan, John Sullivan, Adison Evans, Carter Evans, Layla Evans, Jackson Duckworth, Rhett Sullivan, Rivers Sullivan, Tate Tutor, Benton Wallace and Lillie Jo Wallace. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
